Products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling charges) or replacement, whichever you prefer, upon receipt of manufacturer's return authorization. Items purchased on the internet cannot be returned to retail or wholesale locations and must be returned to our shipping location. Items shipped collect will not be accepted and will be returned. Warranty This product carries a limited lifetime warranty. If blades or spring should break as a result of a manufacturing defect, return tool to manufacturer. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product as a result of misuse or abuse, nor does it cover wear, dullness or damage to cutting edge resulting from misuse, abuse, extensive use, or attempts to re-sharpen. Manufacturer will determine if breakage or malfunction is result of manufacturing defect. Product will be repaired or replaced and returned or "warranty void" notification will be issued. Shipping Policy All continental United States Orders have FREE SHIPPING (via standard UPS ground). For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact customer service. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be billed actual shipping charges. For overnight shipping, a fee of $35 is added on all orders. No orders will be accepted from or shipped outside of the United States. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped via UPS standard ground, unless overnight shipping is indicated on the order. Any item out of stock will be removed form the order and will have to be re-ordered at a later date. No C.O.D.s or checks accepted for payment on internet orders. Credit card payment only.
